If you feel that there are errors in the vitals you submitted in the past 24 hours, click on the 'Speak to Me' button and an Acticare representative will promptly contact you.
You can still use your ActiCare App when the tablet offline.
Surveys and phone and video conferencing will not be available until you are reconnected. You can still add your vitals, but the dashboard charts and calendar appointments will not update until the tablet is back online.
Look for the icon at the top your screen to see if the tablet is connected.
